National Hive Brood Box 14 x 12
Made of high-quality polystyrene, it combines lightness, durability, and resistance to weather conditions. The material provides top-class thermal insulation, while its exceptionally low weight makes transport easy. The design also ensures convenient handling and easy storage.
The Burnat hive body features a front opening compatible with both standard polystyrene plugs and ventilated plugs. Additional plastic reinforcement inside prevents bees from gnawing or sealing the opening with propolis, while also strengthening the edges and ensuring a proper fit of all components.
The upper edge of the Burnat hive body is reinforced with a specially shaped plastic frame, which provides exceptional durability and a perfect fit with elements placed above the body.
The lower edge is also reinforced with a plastic frame, significantly increasing the strength of the element and ensuring compatibility with other modules. On the sides and back edges, there are two shaped indentations that make separating the hive bodies much easier.
All walls of the Burnat hive body feature grip indentations, which greatly improve handling comfort. The lower edge of each indentation is sloped, ensuring that water does not collect there.
