Shipments and returns
Shipment
Purchased products, if in stock, are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via one of our partner transport companies. Most purchased products will require signature upon delivery. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Purchased products which are not in our UK stock may take between 30 to 60 days to be delivered. We will always aim to have it in our UK stock as soon as possible and keep you informed regarding estimated delivery date.
Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Returns
We offer 14 days return policy.
Please return the item in it's original condition for exchange or refund.
We regret, we are unable to refund returns shipping costs unless the error is on our part or the item is faulty.
