Foundation line full automatic with one Thermo oil tank 300 litres

Foundation line is our flagship product that has undergone numerous technical improvements. For efficient operation, we recommend two 300 litres tanks attached to the line. All tanks are made entirely of acidproof stainless steel with three wall insulation with thickness of 2mm and digital thermal regulation. Thermo oil is used as a heat carrier. This allows an operating temperature up to 120°C to sterilize the wax. The process starts with melting and sterilizing the wax for minimum 3 hours. After sterilisation, the wax remains overnight in the tanks, where it is cooled to 80 degrees. During this time, the wax is purified where various impurities fall to the bottom of the containers. The raw material treated in this way produces light yellow sheets. The line has an external unit for water cooling, an automatic wax dispenser and a special counter with a sensor, thanks to which the cutting of the produced foundation is automated and very precise. The platform on which the tanks are located is of large dimensions to allow correct and safe work at height. The line guarantees continuous operation.
